| Description | The Orion 46 is specially designed and built as a safe ocean going cruiser. She was designed by Eric Lerouge and built in France by Petter Quality Yachts using Airex foam with kevlar reinforced glass fibre and vinylester resin. The hull and deck were built under the supervision of a French marine surveyor under CE class A1. The building report with pictures of all details is available. The twin keel and rudder with skeg gives this fine yacht the possibility of staying upright even if left high & dry in a low tide. Ideal for shallow bays and lagoons. The special design and construction makes this yacht a very fast cruiser and she has a proven record to be proud of. She is Dutch registered and VAT paid.
