| Deck | Very good storage space! Unique windlass situation in the port forward bow. Most Cats have a low anchor locker in front of the mast. Because of this the chain must be often sorted out by hand, because the locker is too low. The system of the Nautitech 40 offers a very deep anchor locker where 60-100m chain can be stored easy (+ some more fenders, mooring ropes etc...) 2 steering stations keeps the cockpit free of ropes and the helmsman can see the sails when sailing. In the harbour the helmsman can see both sterns and he can work with the aft-mooring ropes by himselfe. A good thing when sailing with small crew! |
