| Owner's Comments | ### Nautor Swan 371, Owner Boat equipped for Cruising/Racing. Performing Sailing Monohull, this yacht is very well maintained; she was sold some months ago and her actual owner put her back on the market after some works he did. He removed the back arch with the Wind Generator, The TV. Outboard Engine replaced in January 2010. The paint work has been touched up and now looks great. Bow roller extended to accommodate a larger anchor; owner have put an anchor guard on the bow so that it won't scratch the paint work. Accommodations : Beautiful teak interior with teak and holly cabin sole. The main salon has two straight settees, one port and one starboard, both with storage underneath/behind. Also, there is a pilot berth on the port side. To starboard is a custom storage locker with shelf unit inside. There is a large centerline drop leaf tgable with removable fiddles and storage inside. Next to the companionway to port is the galley with double sst sinks, ice box and new stove. Opposite is the nav. station with custom installed nav instruments and control panels. Fwd is the v berth with ensuite head. Master stateroom is aft with one large berth and one single berth. New upholstery in leather in main salon, cream color. Wood work redone. Wood floorboards redone. Galley : Hot/cold pressure water. Double sst sink in galley. Racor fuel strainer. Blake manual head. SST holding tank with by pass valve. Engine fire suppression system. 6 lb propane tank. Whale manual bilge pump. Electrical/Mechanical : Electrical panel was updated 2002 at Jamestown Boat Yard, brand new a/c panel with new wiring to DC panel. Battery condition gauge. Voltage regulator. Voltage meter. Deck : Hull painted aristo blue. The bottom was epoxy coated in 1994. All sheets, guys and lines are lead aft to cockpit stoppers. SST destroyer type wheel with cover. Double lifelines.
