| Owner's Comments | I have owned 'Osprey' for 10 seasons and have sailed her on the south coast of England and to the Channel Islands and northern France. Major improvements that I have made within this time include a new engine fitted in Cherbourg in 2005 and full osmosis treatment by Hayling Yacht Company in summer 2009. The sprayhood and dodgers were also replaced in 2009. She is well equipped for short-handed sailing with in-mast furling mainsail. |

- Plastimo 2.7m dinghy with outboard available by separate negotiation
- Last antifoul October 2010
- Full professional hull treatment July 2009 - documentation available
