MechanicalLocated abaft the companionway, Volvo 2003 three cylinder 28hp diesel engine (new 1993). Electric start. Seawater cooled. Shaft drive to fixed pitch three bladed propeller. Rope cutter to shaft. 25 litres fuel capacity giving approximately 60 miles range at 6 knots cruising speed. Maximum speed under power 8 knots. The engine was removed and fully overhauled in 2007.
Alternator charging to 2 x 12 volt batteries (2006). Battery charge regulator fitted.

ExtrasBuilt in 1959 by Itchenor Shipyard to a design by J. Laurent Giles. White painted carvel planked hull on Oak frames. Teak planking below waterline with mahogany above. Copper fastened. Long keel with lead ballast and centreplate. Keel hung rudder. Wheel steering. Aft self draining cockpit. Canvas sheathed decks with painted non-slip (re-canvassed 2006).
Sails & SparsFractionally rigged sloop. Varnished Pine mast and boom. Stainless steel standing rigging (2003). Terylene running rigging (2001). Spinnaker pole. Slab reefing mainsail. Lazyjacks. Two Lewmar 40 self tailing sheet winches. Halyard winch.
