Hull in hand-laid GRP, epoxy protected, painted black with red lines, white antifouling; structure of frames & stringers for reinforcement. Deck in a vacuumed sandwich GRP construction joined to the hull by lamination and through fastenings. Teak laid deck. Cockpit coamings & cabin sides in mahogany. Hinged companionway hatch in GRP, toerails and tiller varnished mahogany. Lifting fin keel (1.2 / 2.2m draft) in resin infused vinylester with lead bulb fastened by s/s bolts embedded in resin. Electrical system for lifting keel. |
