| Description | Last year, Jetten Yachting sat down with the architects of Vripack of Sneek. A year of intensive collaboration led to a beautiful and unique result; a sleek design combined with a clever use of the available space. New for Jetten Yachting is that the entire superstructure is fabricated from GRP. Through using this easily shaped material, the architect could apply all his creativity to the design. Also, no money was spared for the interior and this meets current requirements: sleek, comfortable and trendy using Italian walnut, alcantara and leather throughout. The new Jetten 40.4 is 12.20 metres in length, 4.02 metres in breadth and has a draught of just 1 metre. The boat will be provided with a standard 200HP capacity Volvo diesel with which a maximum sailing speed of some 10 knots can be achieved. Just as for all the other motor boats, this boat will be entirely built in the Netherlands by Jetten Yachting. The build of the boat is of steel hull with Grp Superstructure allowing the craft to have a very contemporary design.
To the exterior offers easy access to the side decks via an innovative method of two staircases from the transom to each side deck.
This allows for the design of the cockpit to have seating to both sides and the option of a cooler, wet bar and BBQ to be fitted at the forward end.
Sliding doors then give access to the main saloon which is finished in a contemporary style with Cherry woodwork and Creme panelled doors to the port side sideboard, the sofa to starboard converts to a double bed and gives comfortable seating for 6 people.
The Helm is at the forward port side of this area.
2 steps drop down to the galley which can be of varying design to suit your requirements and can include a breakfast bar. Opposite is the Heads and separate wet room with shower and space for Washer/ dryer if you are planning longer periods aboard.
The Master cabin is extremely spacious with a double French bed and ample stowage.
