| Owner's Comments | Built in Florida and shipped back by first owner. Just completed refit with no expense spared. Items replaced by present owners include sails, winches, keel, rigging, fridge, nav gear, dinghy & outboard, helm seat, wheel, hot water tank,water pump, sprayhood, backstay tensioner. She is a very comfortable cruising boat and with her large sail area she is amazing in light winds. She has won her class in the Royal Escape Race for four years running and won overall honours in 2007 & 2010. May 2012 re lauched following annual maintenance (Pictures attached). |

| Accomodation | Offers roomy and spacious accomodation sleeping seven in three seperate cabins with a cleverly designed en-suite aft cabin beneath the cockpit. Headroom is well over 6ft and light and vetilation is provided throughout from portlights and hatches.
Forecabin is fitted with large V berth, ample storage area and fiddle shelving. Hanging locker to starboard and seating to port.
Saloon has a large U shaped dining area to port with storage beneath. The dinette can be converted to create another double berth. Again there is ventilation throughout and a good supply of 240v sockets. Aft facing chart table on starboard side with chart storage and access to the electrics panel, GPS, VHF and air conditioning controls.
The L shaped galley is situated to the port side and is fitted with a three burner stove with oven and grill. Fitted with twin S/S sinks supplied by hot & cold pressurised water. Large top loaded fridge and large amounts of storage finish the galley area off. Heads compartment is situated to starbaord and is fitted with sea toilet, handbasin and seperate shower area.
The aft cabin has a full width double berth running across the cabin, ample storage, hanging locker and shelving. Areas of headroom are 6ft tall at the forward end of the cabin to both port and starboard.
Interior finished in teak woodwork and pastel patterned upholstery. |
