| Cruiser accommodation | LOWER HELM AREA: with two fully adjustable and sprung helm seats in blue alcantara on the port side with good ergonomic access to all controls and instruments. 6' 6" headroom. A full size chart table and a dining area comprising of a table that can be extended in harbour is to Starboard. This area is floored in hard wearing Teak and holly laminate.
SALOON: A spacious area with 6' 6" headroom, comfortable curved cream alcantara upholstery with blue detail. Various lockers, including a concealed TV, Stereo and TV equipment cabinet and coffee table. GALLEY: on lower level forward with Bosch 4 burner electric cooker with separate oven and Neff microwave. Double stainless steel sinks, large refrigerator, extensive lockers including crockery stowage and a large working surface area. This are also has teak and holly effect flooring for easy cleaning. MASTER CABIN AFT: A very spacious cabin with 6' 6" headroom, fitted with a king-size double bed, extensive lockers and drawer units, a full length hanging wardrobe and a dressing table with mirrors.
AFT HEADS: En-suite to aft cabin with separate shower area enclosed by curved shower door, electric toilet, washbasin, mirror and stowage.
FORWARD CABIN: Two full length and width ‘V’ berths, large hanging locker, lockers either side below the side decks, and lockers below and in between the berths. There is an opening roof hatch/window, with fly screen and blind.
FORWARD HEADS: Ensuite to forward cabin with shower, electric toilet and wash basin.
EXTERIOR: the decks are wide, safe and one level walk round with bulwarks surrounded by a solid high stainless steel guard rail. There are side and stern gate boarding points and the aft gate leads to boarding platform. There is a large lazarette aft deck storage locker. The quarter deck, may also be used for dinghy stowage provides a large alfresco entertaining area.
FLYBRIDGE: well laid out with ample seating and a helm position which provides good visibility for even the most difficult mooring tasks. There are ample lockers for storage of flybridge seating cushions. The mast on the flybridge hinged for lowering if required.
OFFICE AREA: with lockers, desk, shelving and stool. A good position for the laptop and a printer for if the business calls! THIRD/CREW CABIN: with one full length single berth, hanging locker and stowage below the berth. A second bunk berth was fitted but has been removed by the owner. This could be reinstated
if required.
LOWER HEADS: with manual Jabsco marine toilet, shower and wash basin. UTILITY AREA: with Zanussi Aquacycle 1300 washing machine and tumble drier on the port side. There is a work bench and storage area to starboard. This also provides access to the vessels ancillary equipment (heater, calorifier etc). ENGINE ROOM: entered by water tight door containing the main engines, with access to the generator, hydraulic systems and main fuel tanks etc. |
