History:
Built by Grol shipyards in Holland in 1923. Initially converted for leisure use in Holland, and then brought to the UK by her current owner in 1999. Completely refitted throughout to a very high standard by MSO Marine in Brentford, London. The last hull survey was completed in 2007.
Construction:
Black bitumen painted hull.
Black gloss painted bulwarks.
Roof and cabin sides in cream.
Superstructure in dark green and gold.
Large opening brass Flat foredeck area with manual windlass.
Additional manual windlass on aft deck for kedge anchor
Ample mooring bitts.

Engine & Fuel System etc:
Daf 615 6 Cylinder 120HP marine diesel engine. (129 hrs only Hydraulic gearbox, with single lever controls.
Hydraulic steering
Electric Bowthruster, with separate batteries situated in Foc'sle
12volt battery system, wired to provide 24volts. 2 x 230ah domestic batteries. 2 x 220ah engine start batteries. Additional 2 x 200ah batteries for Bowthruster only.
Master volt Dakar 24v 3000Kva inverter. 100 ah battery charger.

Accommodation:
Entire interior has been professionally fitted out to a very high standard. 6ft + headroom throughout.
Rockwool insulation throughout with domestic diesel fired combi boiler providing domestic hot water, and radiator central heating.
Stained timber boarding / linings throughout the accommodation, and fitted cupboards / bookcases throughout.
TV and telephone points in all cabins.
Concealed domestic size Servis 240v automatic washing machine, and cupboard space for tumble dryer and freezer.
Flooring comprises of hard wearing ash timber laminate.
Inset chrome down lighters throughout.
Pressurised hot and cold water system.
7 berths in total in 1 x double, 1 x single 1 x twin bunk beds cabins, plus convertible double in saloon.
Large wheelhouse with excellent visibility. Double doors to aft deck, and steps down to main accommodation. Access to engine room from wheelhouse.
Galley is very large 'U' shaped are, open plan from main saloon. Lots of storage cupboards and works surfaces. Caprice 2020 four burner cooker, grill and oven. Zanussi 240v fridge. 1.5 bowl stainless steel sink with drainer. Saloon is a very large open plan space, with free standing furniture. All furniture to remain on the vessel.
