The owner is a very good mechanical engineer who has made several sensible modifications to the boat. This boat has everything but Air Conditioning (not found necessary due to the though saloon window venting) it has many extras, to long to list, When this boat was built for the owner only the best available equipment was fitted irrespective of cost. She has been re-engineered by the owner and has had a superb sailing history and is ready for any trail or even ready for an Atlantic crossing. A very well cared for and I promise you will not find better ,where ever you look. This Belize has recently been re-upholstered throughout, new cockpit cushions and a new wireless remote for the anchor windlass. The latest advance in technology in the form of electronic antifouling has been added this year and it is working very well. This client is the original Mr Gadget and you name it he has got it but he certainly knows what he is doing. The boat is stunning.
