| Description | "DUGONG" MASTHEAD BERMUDAN SLOOP 4 BERTH MOTORSAILER The Freeward 25 is a remarkably spacious shoal draft cruiser ideally suited to pottering about the rivers an estuaries of the East Coast but also very capable of much longer cruises. They have excellent headroom and a deep safe cockpit with good side decks giving access to a well protected fore deck. "Dugong" has been fully updated over the years with a new engine fitted some time in the early '90's, in-mast furling mid '90's, galley re-furbished 2006, heads re-built with a fixed wash basin instead of the usual pull out one and many more bits and pieces including a re-spray and Coppercoat in 2006. "Dugong" is by far the best example of the class that the writer has seen and really is a very nice vessel - Well worth viewing!! |
