| GeneralEquipment | She has been maintained by a full-time crew. A written maintenance program is strictly adhered to and an open checkbook policy insures the boat is being maintained and improvements made befitting a boat of this quality, beauty and price range. Her new owner will benefit of the time and money that has been invested to make this yacht perfect. Yacht is lying at her berth in Marina Punat, Island Krk, Croatia and is always available for inspection. Salon The Salon has a large living and dining area is well appointed with Italian furniture. There is abundant natural light from all sides which can be adjusted by electronically controlled curtains. The Salon is lined with built in cabinets and shelves. Many of the cabinets adjacent to the dining area have drawers and shelves specifically design for Ferretti fine china, glassware and silverware. The starboard side of the salon houses a motorized 40 LCD panel to view DVD movies and Direct TV. The forward side of the salon leads to a stairway up to the fly bridge, the galley, the Helm and a Stairway down. Master Stateroom The Master Stateroom is a full beam and includes symmetrical his and her bathrooms with marble counters. There is a shower on Port side and Jacuzzi bath tub on Starboard side. There is a built in bench seat on the port side between two built in dressers. On the Starboard side there are two built in dressers with a centre makeup table and a walk-in closet. The bed is positioned so as to be centred in the stateroom providing complete walk around and from the back access to a full length sliding mirror door which opens to another walk in closet. A Sharp 40 flat panel monitor faces the bed with Bose satellite speakers surrounding for viewing of DVD s and Direct Satellite T.V. VIP Stateroom The VIP stateroom consists of a queen size bed with storage draws under. There is a built in leather bench seat and night stands on each side of the bed. A large full length closet provides for clothes storage. There is a separate head and shower with marble tile counter tops. A 23 Sharp flat panel monitor is mounted to the stateroom wall allowing for individual viewing of DVD s or Direct Satellite TV. Guest Staterooms, Port and Starboard There are two identical guest staterooms each having a separate head and shower. Furnishings include two twin size beds with storage under separated by a night stand at the headboard. There is also a fold down birth for additional sleeping capacity. A full height closet provides for hanging storage. A 16 flat panel monitor mounted on the wall in front of the beds allows for individual viewing of DVD s and Direct Satellite TV. Galley The galley is on the port side. There is an electrically operated door port and another to starboard providing access to the deck. The galley has direct access to the pilothouse, the centre line of the boat to access the stairway to the fly bridge, the salon and the aft deck. The galley is fully-equipped with granite counter tops, an abundance of built in cabinet storage and a double sink. The appliances include a double door GE refrigerator, a 5 burner hot cooking surface, a GE full size oven, a Meile Dishwasher and an electric food disposal. The water in the galley re-filtered for drinking and cooking. Behind the steering wheel there is an electric black leather double seat which can be position forward or back and at different heights. On the Starboard side there is a corner table which is surrounded by built in black leather seating. Crew Quarters The crews quarters are forward of the engine room and are accessed through a separate door off on the port side AFT deck. The crew quarters consists of two cabins each with double births. Each cabin has a separate head and shower and there is a common crew lounge which includes a dinette, a small galley and a flat panel monitor for watching DVD s and Direct Satellite TV. Range: Ceran 2 x HOB Microwave: GE Turntable Cooker Aft Deck The AFT deck furniture consists of a round table and 6 wicker chairs. Note the furniture shown above is the original delivered with boat. A new table and chairs were added June 2007. The aft deck is fully covered by the upper deck providing shade and protection from poor weather. There is a sliding glass door that gives access to the Salon which is mirrored to reflect views from behind when sitting at the table facing forward. The AFT deck is complimented by two stairways down to a large, opening transom which, when opened, serves as a very large teak swim platform and access to the garage. On the starboard side there is stairway going up to the fly bridge. Underneath the stairway on the starboard side is an ice maker. On the port side there is stairway down to the crew area and engine room. On the port side there is also a third engine control including a bow thruster control. Flybridge The flybridge is gigantic and includes storage for a tender and jetski aft with a Jacuzzi forward under the arch surrounded by padded surfaces suitable of lounging or sun bathing.. On the starboard side there is spacious seating forward and a bar with sink, build in grill and beverage refrigerator. On the port side forward there is a large table with seating for six directly behind the fly bridge steering station. There are stairways both forward, down to the salon, or aft, down to the aft deck. The Bimini top was replaced in March 2007 and may be electrically raised or lowered. Engine Room The engine room is clean of oil and dirt due to the limited use and rigorous and maintenance schedules. The floor is lined with a removable carpet.
