Four berths in 2 cabins with 2 separate living areas and spacious cockpit. Upper Saloon The upper saloon gives light and airy U-shaped seating to starboard which can also provide an occasional berth. Opposite is a side board with cabinets and a TV. Additional underseat stowage is provided along with a chart drawer. Toughened, tinted glass widows surround the saloon providing vast amounts of light to this comfortable living area. A clock and barometer along with a stereo radio / cd with speakers in both the saloon and cockpit complete this space. Master Cabin A short hallway provides access from the upper saloon to the owners stateroom, ensuite shower and separate heads. The full width master cabin is a signature feature of Broom. A really good sized island berth, plenty of wardrobe and drawer space along with full headroom give a feeling of space enhanced further by the large transom mounted windows that allow the cabin to flood with light. These windows can also be used for emergency escape if required. The separate heads uses a Quiet Flush 12v toilet with fresh water flush. The toilet has it's own holding tank. In the heads is a wash basin and an electric razor point. A totally separate shower room to port completes the master cabin. Galley Blue Avonite work surfaces have two flush, stainless steel sinks and mixer taps providing hot and cold pressurised water. Full cooking facilities onboard including an Eno 3 burner gas hob, Vanette GG 6000 gas oven and grill (both with safety isolating taps under the sink), a Sharp R24ST microwave and an Engel front loading fridge. Shimmering star is not lacking in galley stotage either with large cupboards and a decent cutlery draw. The galley is completed with it's own opening window and ventilator. Dinette Opposite the galley is a large and spacious lower saloon area that has been designed specifically as a dinette. U-shaped seating with stowage under and a large dining table that lowers to form an additional berth complete with an infill cushion. Guest Cabin Forward is the guest cabin. A large and comfortable vee berth with good storage and hanging space to port and starboard. A deck hatch makes for excellent ventilation and doubles up as an emergency exit. Private access to the day heads gives the guest cabin an ensuite as required. Day Heads General access from the dinette area or private access from the guest cabin. Generously spacious the day heads is equipped with a Quiet Flush 12v toilet with fresh water flush. A hand basin, electic shaving point and curtained shower space allow for full ensuite facilities to the guest cabin. The day heads also has a separate holding tank (with gauge).
