Description

History:
One owner from new, and presented in absolutely immaculate condition. The owner has completed an around Britain cruise, and she is ready to go again with her new owners.


Construction:
GRP construction. Designed by John Bennett. Displacement 10 tonnes. Air draft (arch down) 3.35m). Hull epoxy coated from new.

Engine & Fuel System etc:
2 x Yanmar diesels with around 530 hours. Drive is by shafts via ZF reduction gearboxes and four bladed bronze propellers. Engines will be fully serviced prior to new owner taking delivery. 2 x 1136 L fuel tanks. 1 x 500 L water tank. 1 x 145 L holding tank. Vetus exhaust alarms. 250nm range.

Electrical:
12 volt and 240 volt systems. Charging by alternator, shore power or on board generator.


Deck Equipment:
Teak cockpit deck. Warps, fenders, boathook. Electric remote control windlass, 2 x anchors with warp and 25m chain, Avon rib with jockey seating and remote helm fitted with 15 hp outboard on stainless steel davits. Bennett trim tabs. Folding RADAR arch and exhaust shields allow for river / canal use. Large teak finished bathing platform with moulded steps up to aft deck via hinged transom gate. Slot in boarding ladder for use on either side of vessel. Stainless steel fender baskets


Accommodation:
Teak finished throughout. 2 x double berth cabins, plus convertible dinette to give 6 good berths in total. Palatial aft cabin with large double, plus separate heads and wc. Substantial amount of storage throughout the boat. External helm position with good weather protection from windscreen and removable canvas. Very comfortable saloon with immaculate leather upholstery, TV, video, CD etc. Very well fitted galley with Corian work surfaces, hob, freezer, fridge, convection oven / microwave etc. Warm air cabin heating throughout. 2 x electric WCs plus holding tank. 2 x showers. Built in self draining dehumidifier.
