The rudder blade and shaft were removed and bearings replaced. Six coats of epoxy resin have been applied for osmosis protection. All water tanks have been replaced by new in 1995. PLEIADES is a very comfortable boat at sea and at harbour and she is very fast especially down wind. She is now very easy to handle with a few crew, since several modifications have been done everything can be worked from the cockpit.
