Accommodation is for four persons in two double cabins. The forward cabin has one large double island berth. En-suite facilities feature a sea toilet, wash hand basin, pressurized hot and cold fresh water, mirror and storage spaces. A seperate shower is within the head. All surfaces are white G.R.P. and are easy clean. The saloon is light and airy with many portholes and hatches. Beautiful traditional woodwork is a feature of the saloon complete with teak and ebony decks. The large dining area is on the starboard side of the saloon and local to the galley for ease of catering and entertaining. A single settee berth is to port of the dining area. The navigation table is located to port at the after end of the saloon with forward facing navigator seat. The 'L' shaped galley is at the starboard after end of the saloon and is fully equipped as befits a vessel of this quality. A smoked glass 'splash back' panel is fitted between the galley and the dinning area. Two stainless steel sinks with mixer tap. Manual fresh water pump. Second manual fresh water/fridge drain pump. Chest type refrigerator. Front opening fridge. Built in microwave oven. Three ring gas cooker with grill and oven. Large easy clean working surfaces and copious storage areas. Aft of the galley is a vast but fully enclosed storage area. The second head/shower is to port and just forward to the after cabin and at the after end of the saloon. The Beneteau 473 Clipper 'Isas' is in excellent condition both inside and out. She has been meticulously maintained by her present owner from new and is probably the best example of her class available today. Urgent viewing is highly recommended.
