Layout/Interior Description
Full height accommodation with 10 berths in 5 cabins + 5 crew in 3 cabins. Aft full beam owners stateroom with ensuite, aft of large open split level saloon/bar and dining area. The bar and dining table are situtated on the stbd side with the companion way, saloon, settee, storage and retracable Plasma TV to port with the inside helm forward. Down three steps to the galley with access to the engine room and crew quarters. Moving forward from the dining area to the forward accommodation comprising of two twin guest cabins and two double cabins with ensuites. Finished in light Chestnut hard wood and veneer, champagne novasuede upholstery and Aikona composite anti-slip flooring throughout. On deck the large cockpit table can accommdoate 10 guests for dinner or fold down for an imtimate foursome or to allow easy access through to seating in the cockpit.

This fabulous 30.5m (100ft) 100 tonne, steel yacht was completed & launched at Aegean Yacht Services of Bodrum,Turkey in the spring of 2006. She has a beautifully smooth hull & a superb interior finish, & many innovative features.
She has been designed & built to the RINA standards & construction carried out under their supervision. She has a charter certificate for 60 miles from safehaven for 10-12 charter guests plus full crew & the ability to make fast passages under sail or power.
She has a long slim hull with a tight turn of the bilge to enhance the transverse stability & sail carrying power without requiring excessively deep draught. The keel & rudder are aerofoil sections for good efficiency & the rudder is a partially-balanced spade type providing good control & manoeuvrability.The powerful ketch rig features high-tech sails & running rigging controlled by Harken hydraulic winches and headsail furling system for ease of operation. The Genoa sail is running a hydraulic powered Harken fruling gear & the staysail is running on a manually handled Harken MKIII. She has a Bofor aluminium rig. The standing rig has been stepped off & completely overhauled in 2010.
