| Description | AMT (advanced marine technologies) are a relative newcomer to the market but have 30+years of industry experience. The range began in 2005 and was developed with practicality, usability and safety in mind. Built in Finland to a typically high standard the range stands out from its contemporaries through innovative design and everyday simplicity intended to make a days boating as fun and hassle free as possible. The 160R is the smallest in the range but packs a lot into its 15'5". The console is offset to starboard and set aft allowing passengers and crew the freedom to move around without disturbing the helm. The Deck area self drains as do tha bow and aft lockers. The Gunnel has stylish stainless steel handrails and mooring points fore and aft. An Eagle fishfinder is fitted as standard and the boat is rigged with a Honda Outboard. The Honda 60HP outboard is a fuel injected four stroke motor which is quiet and fuel effecient. This package is capable of speeds well in excess of 30 knots and is also good for towing being fitted with a four blade stainless steel prop. The package is finished on an Indespension RC1.3HE road trailer which is braked and capable of carrying much heavier boats comfortably. It has rollers and a winh making launch and recovery a simple singlehanded task.
