| Inventory | MAST & HANDRAILS: An Anodized aluminium alloy mast and handrails around the console will be fitted as per the General Arrangement plan. All pipework will be thru bolted or bolted to tapping plates in the cockpit floor. LIFTING POINTS: Four lifting points, suitably reinforced, will be fitted to the cockpit floor. A four point lifting strop with stainless steel shackles and a single lifting eye will be provided to lift the craft from a single point. TOWING EYES: One stainless steel U bolt towing point will be fitted in the stem fwd below the collar (for tying down and trailering the boat). Two towing points will be provided fwd on the hull for recovering the craft on to the Mother vessel and for towing. A towing bridle with a quick release mechanism will be supplied. Two stainless steel U bolts will be fitted each side in the transom to provide tie down points aft. ANCHOR: A 10kg folding anchor will be fitted with 5m of 6mm galvanized chain and 25m of 10mm mooring warp stowed in the forward locker. INFLATABLE COLLAR OPTION 1: A 300mm diameter removable inflatable collar will be fitted around the outside of the hull. The collar will be made in one piece with 5 separate chambers with individual air valves and attached via an alloy boltrope bolted to the hull structure. The collar will be made from heavy duty Hypalon grey in colour with hard rubber chafe strips. OPTION 2: A 300mm diameter solid foam collar fastened mechanically to the hull topsides. The collar will be made of polyurethane foam with polyvinyl outer coating and fastened via S/S straps at regular intervals along the hull. MAST An aluminium mast will be fitted aft of the helm seats. The mast will carry all navigation lights antennae and searchlight. PAINTING All exterior surfaces will be finished in a matt grey epoxy paint system except for the cockpit floor, which will be finished with a non slip paint finish. The hull bottom will be epoxy primed and painted with a proprietary anti-fouling system. Two coats of antifouling paint will be applied by spray, minimum 150 microns thick. | Navigation | NAVIGATION LIGHTS: The navigation lights will be fitted as required by the class rules to the alloy mast aft and will include: All round white light. Port and starboard running lights. Steaming light. Stern light. Each light to be fully waterproof and individually switched from the helm station switch panel. Emergency portable navigation lights will be supplied. OTHER: 1 x fixed searchlight mounted on the mast 1 x VHF antenna NAVIGATION & ELECTRONIC INSTRUMENTATION The following navigation and electronic instrumentation will be fitted.
